In Sabalo de Sierpe, a small peaceful village located in the southwest of Costa Rica, Pacific side, in the Osa Peninsula and accessible by the Sierpe river and by 3 roads ; the road coming from Sierpe (45 minutes), the one arriving from La Palma (1 hour) and the one from Drake (45 minutes). A 4 x 4 car is preferable to get here.
From the local dock, 5 minutes from the finca, you have access to the sea.
Taxiboats that pass twice a day can take you to Sierpe or Drake.
You can also, from this dock, have access to tours to go to Corcovado Park, to Isla del Cano, visit the mangroves and go to beautiful and wild beaches.It is also possible to leave your boat there.
The village of Sabalo being close to the Corcovado National Park, the diversity of the fauna is impressive. It is common to see monkeys, toucans, macaw parrots, coatis, tolomoucos, anteaters, tapirs and if you are lucky, you may even meet a jaguar or a mountain lionâŠ
Sabalo is a hidden paradise for fishermen (river and sea), biologists, ornithologists and for all those who simply wish to live in peace and immerse themselves in nature.

The Finca is 1.67 hectares (4 acres), bordered on two sides by a river (perfect for swimming as there are several pools) and planted with a wide variety of fruit trees and flowers.A real little fruit forest.
You will find there; cocoa trees, banana trees (several varieties), lime trees, orange trees, grapefruit trees, papaya trees, pineapples, mango trees, avocado trees, a large cherry tree (acerolas), mamon chinos, cinnamon trees, soursap trees, mangosteen trees⊠Possibility of harvesting cocoa to make a small production.
The house is on two floors, 160 m2 (1700 ft2), made of cement and precious woods (chiricano, manu, cedro amargo, amarillon) all very hard woods that resist insects and the humidity of the tropical forest.

Completely open to the outside thanks to the metal mosquito nets that surround it, the property is secure because wrought iron ornaments cover these mosquito nets and give the house a proud appearance. Construction 2020, very well maintained.
