Eco jungle resort / birding and archeological paradise with 700 feet frontage on the Belize River.

Prior to the pandemic, this was a running eco resort with three ”Mayan style ” cabanas.

We have had over 100 guests with a near 5 star rating. This property is a real jungle paradise.

The Lodge has not been in operation since the pandemic, we had intended to reopen this season, but due to health issues, we must refocus our energy.

Presently, we have redesigned and built new cabanas out of Belizean hardwood that are much better for maintenance as well as the number of guests that we can accommodate. Each cabana has its own bathroom with outdoor private tropical showers.

We can accommodate up to 20 guests as a ”hostel” resort. Or can easily be converted to a private residence.

There is also a kitchen and dining area under a thatched roof and a large utility/storage building.

Also newer solar power system with lithium storage batteries. Solar water heater.

Property has a spring were we get water that is pumped to (2) 600 gallon holding tanks. Water can also be pumped from the river. One thing to consider before looking at Property like this, is water. If you dont have water. You have a problem.

There is 750 feet of Belize River frontage with boat dock area.

This is an undisturbed jungle and must be protected from the deforestation, destruction and loss of the rich history that has been occurring in Belize.

We have three troops of howler monkeys, spider money’s, tapers, and many other jungle animals.

This property is also a birders paradise. Every morning and evening the toucans fly over. Green parrots. Finches. Cranes fly down the river, to many birds to mention.

As a perma culture farm, there is ample cultivated space. We keep 10 acres cleaned and maintained, there are numerous fruit trees and vegetation including.
